Bevolo gas lanterns and gracious front porches greet you on arrival, with parking and carport that can accommodate up to 7 vehicles.

Once inside, you encounter 12-foot ceilings in the foyer and kitchen, which then soar to 22 feet in the beautiful den that overlooks the pool and nature preserve.

In the kitchen, Juliska glass lanterns float over the extensive quartzite kitchen counters, and the numerous drawers and cabinets offer guests more items and utensils than any chef could ever need. As enthusiastic foodies themselves, the owners have made every effort to anticipate the needs of their guests in having the kitchen equipped with high-end extras such as: 3 coffee makers including a Keurig, 2 blenders, Instant pot, Crock pot , Juicer, Cuisinart food processor, air fryer, sous vide , wine aerator, a 48 bottle capacity wine cooler, a Wolf cook top and double oven with warming drawer, a Subzero refrigerator/freezer, two ice makers, two dishwashers and a walk in pantry. There are also numerous and assorted attractive serving dishes for entertaining and over 50 non perishable condiments and spices for your use.

The indoor dining table seats 10 and the breakfast bar seats 6. The outdoor dining table seats 12.

The master is on the main floor, and there are four more bedrooms all with king beds and private baths, flat screen TVs, and ample closet space. The third-floor bunk and play room has a bathroom with shower & tub and two sinks. Additionally, all bedrooms offer blackout shades, so you actually have a chance to sleep in on your vacation!

Each bathroom is unique and has a combination of beautiful marble and designer tiles & full-length mirrors.

The library is a comfortable retreat with recliner and two desks – designed, so you have a chance to get some work done or just escape.

The upstairs porch is a perfect place to relax with two queen bed swings and a 55 inch TV. There is also a comfortable seating area with rocking chairs providing a cozy place to watch the activity in the pool area.

The backyard is one of the jewels of the home, with two spacious porches overlooking the private pool and nature preserve. On the patio, there is a summer kitchen that will delight the bar-b-que guru in your family! Additionally, the downstairs porch is an entertainer’s dream. It includes a fireplace, sitting area with recliners and sofas, and a 65-inch TV and a covered dining area.

This room doubles as either a porch or and air conditioned / heated space as it has a separate thermostat and windows and screens that allow the outside in on comfortable days. Additional spaces include a large laundry room and an exquisite powder room with mother of pearl tile.

Throughout the home, you will enjoy a curated collection of original southern artwork from numerous noted local artists including Justin Gaffney, Susanne Sullivan, Billie Gaffney, Cecile Haught and Adele Sypesteyn.

High Cotton also offers all the technical comforts of home, including high speed internet throughout the home, 9 flat screen TV’s ranging from 65-33 inches in size, Cable TV and Roku.

In renting this property, you will enjoy access to Watercolor amenities. Experience the convenience and casual fare of the Watercolor Beach Club, with its 3 pools, waterside activities, changing rooms and outside bar and restaurant. The Tennis Center features five Hydro Courts, pickle ball and a pro shop.

Camp Watercolor, a 5 minute walk from the house offers 3 pools including a lazy river and waterslides, a playground , soccer field, basketball court and poolside bar and dining.
